Cloverlily Longhorn 2.0 Lightweight Leather Camera Harness | 4 Colours
Cloverlily Longhorn 2.0 Hand Crafted Leather Multi-Camera Harness | 4 Colours
The new and updated version of the popular Longhorn Harness. Its Lighter, faster and more secure than the original longhorn. The ideal partner for photographers on the move who use smaller cameras. Smaller and lighter than the regular Cloverlily Harness, but it still packs a punch.
Handmade using traditional techniques and finishes in Kent, England. Using only the finest leather and fixings. Made to order so it fits you like a glove to keep you comfortable while shooting all day.
What its Made of
Made using the very best leather, tanned in a tannery in Italy. It will stand the test of time and work with you for years to come. Learn more about my choice of leather and why it is important.
Everything Cloverlily is made of 100% natural vegetable tanned leather, meaning it will require some periodic aftercare. This however couldnt be easier, all the info you need to know can be found in our faq and care guide.
To help avoid colour leeching and improve fit, I finish and slick the flesh side and edges, this removes the "furry" feel and gives it a smoother look and feel.
Versions
With this harness all you have to select is the colour you want! It comes with the Bull fixing and extra straps as standard. This is a medium weight photographers harness for professional and amateur use, ideal for travel or event photographers who shoot with lighter weight setups (think Fujifilm x100 range, Leica and small body mirrorless and dslr cameras etc) and want to look good doing it.
This product comes with extra leather straps to be used as safety straps.
How to wear
It couldn't be easier, just loop through the sliders, fix the belt end into the opposite buckle and fix so the cameras roughly sit where your hands are and youre good to get shooting!
This interview with friend of the brand Gary Jude should help.
Can you wear one camera with a double harness?
Read this interview with Shianne who does exactly this by having the camera hang on her shooting eye side and tightening her non shooting side, it looks great!
If you have any questions dont hesitate to get in touch!

How long will my order Take?
The Saying Goes, good things come to those who wait.
You are not ordering from Amazon here! These are premium slow made leather goods, made to order. Using traditonal techniques.
Typical turn around is 2-3 working days for small items and straps and 2-5 working days for slings and harnesses. Trust me, they are worth the wait.
If youre in a pinch. just fire me off an email I may be able to rush manufacture for a £10 rushed order charge
Delivery
For Harnesses delivery comes in two flavours, Express and Regular. Express is a 24 hour service and Regular is a 48 hour service, these times are upon completion of manufacture so it all depends on how impatient you are!
For small items it is sent 1st class large letter.
Who doesnt love a bit of TLC?
For conditioning and refinishing get yourself a good quality leather wax or oil (for example Terrago Mink Oil). Using a soft, clean cloth apply a pea sized bit of oil to the strap working it in on the skin side (outside) only, rub it in thoroughly and leave it to dry, removing excess that doesn't soak in. Apply a second coat if you feel it needs it, and you're done.
Easy peasy right?
Breaking in
Because of the use of vegetable tanned leather, all my straps and harnesses will mould to your shape and fit like a glove. The only way to get through this breaking in period is to... You guessed it. Wear it!
Patina Rushing/Colour Deepening
If you want to rush the development of the leathers patina or want to deepen the pieces colour, a nifty hack is to leave your strap or harness outside in the sun. Do ensure you do this only when there is no rain forecast, the straps are shower resistant but it will not like a downpour.
