Cloverlily Hand Crafted Leather Double Camera Strap | Natural

Break the mould with this veg tan leather dual camera strap. The beauty of the Natural, is that it will age with use. Generating a beautiful distinctive patina that will be as unique as you.

A heavy duty professional camera harness that allows you to shoot with two cameras is hand crafted to order in Kent, England. Using traditional practices and finishes on hand selected hides and fixings. Each harness is 100% made to measure to help keep you shooting all day every day.

What its Made of

Only the best 100% Vegetable tanned leather, it will age gracefully with use and each strap, generating a patina and look unique to you. Learn more about my choice of leather and why it is important.

Side and edges are slicked using a traditional technique.

The Harness will need some periodic care. All the info is in our faq and care guide.

Firstly choose if you need the Bull or the Oxen fixing - The Bull is made for Heavier or more expensive rigs and comes with a quick release locking mechanism, the Oxen is for film and less expensive mirrorless rigs. Learn more about the fixing choices Read more.

The extra straps now come as standard. They can be used either to hang an extra camera from its side lug mounts from the chest rings or as safety straps for those who require a bit more security, want more of them? No sweat, extras can be purchased separately here.

How to wear

Loop the belt ends through the sliders, then fix the belt ends into the opposite buckle and wear, easy.

This interview with friend of the brand Gary Jude should help.

Can you wear one camera with a double harness?

This isnt just for those who shoot with two cameras. Shooting with one is easy! And oh man does doing this look great. Read the interview with Shianne who does this.

Manufacturing and Delivery
How long will my order Take?

The Saying Goes, good things come to those who wait.
You are not ordering from Amazon here! These are premium slow made leather goods, made to order. Using traditonal techniques.

Typical turn around is 2-3 working days for small items and straps and 2-5 working days for slings and harnesses. Trust me, they are worth the wait.

If youre in a pinch. just fire me off an email I may be able to rush manufacture for a £10 rushed order charge

For Harnesses delivery comes in two flavours, Express and Regular. Express is a 24 hour service and Regular is a 48 hour service, these times are upon completion of manufacture so it all depends on how impatient you are!

For small items it is sent 1st class large letter.

Care Guide
Who doesnt love a bit of TLC?

For conditioning and refinishing get yourself a good quality leather wax or oil (for example Terrago Mink Oil). Using a soft, clean cloth apply a pea sized bit of oil to the strap working it in on the skin side (outside) only, rub it in thoroughly and leave it to dry, removing excess that doesn't soak in. Apply a second coat if you feel it needs it, and you're done.

Easy peasy right?

Breaking in

Because of the use of vegetable tanned leather, all my straps and harnesses will mould to your shape and fit like a glove. The only way to get through this breaking in period is to... You guessed it. Wear it!

Patina Rushing/Colour Deepening

If you want to rush the development of the leathers patina or want to deepen the pieces colour, a nifty hack is to leave your strap or harness outside in the sun. Do ensure you do this only when there is no rain forecast, the straps are shower resistant but it will not like a downpour.

Great quality

Great quality item. Arrived on time. Used for my first event with two cameras last week and it worked really well. Not sure what the extra little spilt rings are for yet though. Would love a pouch in matching leather to store SD cards, batteries etc.

Lauren Cotterill

Highly recommend. Amazing quality and the customer service couldn’t have been better. Thank you for such a quick delivery too :)

Great Travel Companion

My old camera strap, made from a soft Material, snatched during a hike and the camera got some scratches. Thats why I wanted a high-quality strap - and I love this one! I made a trip through Thailand and with this strap I had the camera always fast by the hand. At the same time it was always safe and for example couldn't be stolen, because of the good attchment to the strap. We made long walks but the camera and the strap never got heavy or disruptive. I really looove the strap!

Love it!

Absolutely love it already!! No faults at all with this lovely business. So friendly to deal with and so prompt in sending out such a gorgeous product. Will definitely be recommending to other fellow photographers
