Due to the utter chaos we all now live in and have come to accept as normal. All orders from now, should NOT be expected to be delivered in time for Christmas.

This means, if you're a late orderer like me, I am afraid you're going down with the ship.

It is making me sad that I am not giving you guys the service you deserve, entirely due to the fact I am not receiving a good service! I sent some parcels with couriers as they were needed in a rush, I should have known better.

If I have to spend another 2 minutes on the phone to a courier I may cleave my ears off, the level of bad service they deem acceptable is criminal.

They need to pay Royal Mail staff what they deserve. And let's all get back to a bit of normality.
